HOLIDAY SHIPPING AND PROMOTIONS

All orders placed on or after November 21st, 2018 will experience processing and shipping delays to accommodate the Thanksgiving holiday and increased volume during the Black Friday, Cyber Monday weekend. All orders will be handled in a timely manner and are expected to be dispatched during the week of November 26, 2018. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Kindly note that all sale items and/or orders processed with a promo code are considered final sale and returns or exchanges are prohibited.

Shipping Information
Enjoy complimentary Standard shipping on all orders over $50 or upgrade to Express shipping. All addresses within the United States ship via USPS or UPS. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding companies.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, before it is dispatched by UPS/USPS.
Delivery timelines commence up to two business days following the date of purchase.

Returns
We allow all unused merchandise, with the original receipt or packing slip, to be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase (some exclusion may apply.) All returned product must include the original hang tag. These items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or merchandise credit.  All sales are final on certain clearance items from time to time.
There will be no refund on all shipping costs involved unless the product or products are defective or the client received an incorrect product from their original order.
We are unable to process exchanges. If you need a different item from the one you purchased, you will need to return your item and place a new order.
If you do not have a receipt, packing slip or record of purchase, you may receive an exchange or merchandise credit in the form of a credit. Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase date will be in the form of a store credit and will be returned at the current retail price.
